Fit2Excel offers Personal Training for individuals who are looking to increase strength and conditioning and target their overall health. All individuals have personal fitness goals and uniquely functioning bodies. Based on this understanding, we have created an approach to fitness which effectively targets the mechanical foundation of all body movements in order to increase fitness. Book per session, or check our one of our packages for a comprehensive fitness plan! Personal Training Rates
- 1 Session: $75
- 5 Sessions: $70
- 10 Sessions: $65
- 20 Sessions: $55
- Small groups $75 + $20 per each additional participant
Personal Training Packages
In addition to personal training sessions, these programs include:
- One on one personal training from a certified personal instructor (NASM or CSCS certified)
- Four 1-hour sessions with a nutritionist ($25 each, normally $40 per session)
- Monthly support group session w/ participants, personal trainers, and mentor
- Free fitness classes at Fit2Excel
30-Day Program:
- 2x per week at $70/session: $660
- 3x per week at $65/session: $880
60-Day Program:
- 2x per week at $65/session: $620 per month
- 3x per week at $60/session: $820 per month
90-Day Program:
- 2x per week at $60/session: $580 per month
- 3x per week at $55/session: $760 per month
