There are no bootcamps like this one! We describe them as being Smart Fit! They can be as challenging as crossfit, but scientifically designed to be more thorough and safe.
Our Functional Bootcamp classes:
- Prepare you for the real world – whether your world is being a busy parent or competitive athlete, you will grow to be stronger, fitter, and more ready to tackle your world.
- Target specific muscle groups, as well as provide full-body/cardio exercise.
- Are always different – you will never get bored with the same old routine.
Outdoor Bootcamp (seasonal)
When we are outdoors, you will get dirty using oversized tires, logs, medicine balls, sledge hammers, walls, and more in our big kids playground. Don’t be surprised if you get a little dirty, after all, how much fun can you have if you stay clean!
Indoor Bootcamp
Vermont can get cold so we move to the indoor F2E playground from October through May. Workouts will include climbing ropes and nets, using equipment, floor exercise and more in order to get our hearts pumping.
All classes promote our “Challenge by Choice” philosophy. Every day you will meet the workout on your own terms and stay within your capabilities. If you can not perform a certain exercise due to strength or fitness level, or because of an injury or other physical limitation, we will adjust the exercise to fit those parameters so you can benefit and stay safe simultaneously.
