It is important to remember that making significant progress towards your goals is hard work, a short-term diet or workout plan will likely not get you there. It is not wise to start out the New Year at full-speed towards your goal, you will likely get worn-out and unmotivated. Instead take small steps that build off of each other. Attend one more class a week, swap out soda for seltzer, or white bread for whole-wheat. Every week make another healthy change in your life and you will acheive your goals!
